When the conversion of a warehouse into a new fish-processing unit for Sealord (Europe) Ltd in Caistor, Lincoln called for a robust, hygienic and easy to install drainage system, ACO Fulbora Modular 2000 Channel Drainage was specified.

Topcon Construction Ltd first excavated channels in the existing concrete floor before easily installing two 15m lengths of ACO Fulbora Modular 2000 channel drainage.   Running through the busy preparation area, the new channels were laid to a sloping invert of 100mm - 125mm for optimum efficiency.  

Electropolished ladder gratings were then installed to provide an anti-slip, bacterial-resistant cover to the channels. Two high strength Super Industrial Eurogullies featuring integral silt baskets, were also fitted at one end of each channel length to ensure the efficient collection of solid waste.
